The Mission of the Upper Room is to provide a safe, substance-free environment where young adults can gather, build healthy friendships, have fun, and experience a genuine sense of belonging. Many young adults have expressed a desire for such a space in Baker City where they can hang out, sing Karaoke, listen to new up and coming artists, participate in trivia nights and more.
